What is the TOPCARD?
The TOPCARD is a personal summer and winter pass for the mountain lifts in Davos Klosters, Flims Laax Falera, and Arosa Lenzerheide. It is also valid for 3 days at Titlis in Engelberg.
When is my TOPCARD 2024/25 valid?
For new customers, the validity of the new card starts with the beginning of the summer season in the participating areas. Existing TOPCARD holders can continue using their card directly. The validity for the Titlis mountain lifts starts from summer 2024. Pre-sales continue until April 30, 2024.
Who qualifies as a new customer?
All customers who do not have a valid subscription for the current and valid season are considered new customers, even if they have had one in previous years.
Where can I purchase the TOPCARD?
The TOPCARD is available at www.topcard.info as well as at the ticket counters of the mountain lifts in Davos Klosters, Flims Laax Falera, and Arosa Lenzerheide. Titlis Engelberg cannot issue a TOPCARD.
Where is my new TOPCARD 2024/25 valid?
The TOPCARD 2024/25 is valid at the mountain lifts in Davos Klosters, Flims Laax Falera, and Arosa Lenzerheide. It is additionally valid for 3 days at Engelberg-Titlis. The 3 days are already programmed into the pass, and you can go directly through the turnstile.
I have the TOPCARD 2024/25. How long are unused optional days at Titlis valid?
The optional days are valid until April 30, 2025 (the same validity period as the TOPCARD).
Who can purchase the Family TOPCARD?
Parents with their own children. This also applies to single parents, couples with children, registered partners with children, and cohabiting couples with children. The common residence is crucial. Proof of residence confirmation from the municipality is required for two or more children.
In which ski area should I buy my TOPCARD?
We recommend purchasing in the area where you ski most often. This way, you stay better connected to current information and are served where you spend the most time.
PAYMENT
When do I have to pay?
Payment is due immediately upon purchasing the TOPCARD 2024/25.
How can I pay?
If you order online, you can pay either by credit card or via advance payment. You will see your options for the respective ski area during the selection. At the ticket counters, cash and card payments are accepted.
Which currencies are accepted?
CHF, EURO (at the seller’s exchange rate, change in CHF), Reka money (maximum 50% of the amount).
RECEIPT OF THE TOPCARD
How do I receive my TOPCARD?
When purchasing online, you have the option of shipping or pickup (depending on the order location). You will see the options per ski area. Please note that processing your order may take some time. When purchasing at the counter, you will receive the TOPCARD directly.
What do I need to have ready when purchasing the Family TOPCARD?
Valid photo IDs and proof of residence (for 2 or more children). A current photo of the persons applying.
Blended Families
For blended families, 2 children (regardless of which party) are included in the TOPCARD. For 3 or more children, they must share the same residence. For other configurations, please contact the respective mountain lift for information regarding the regulations, providing details of the exact situation.

AGE GROUPS
Which age group applies to me?
The age at the time of payment is relevant:
- Children: from the 6th birthday to and including 12 years
- Youth: from the 13th birthday to and including 17 years
- Adults: from the 18th birthday
Please bring a valid ID when purchasing. There is no discount for seniors.
Are toddlers up to and including 5 years free everywhere?
This depends on the regulations of the respective area. In certain valley lifts, children under 6 years may incur charges.
What regulation applies to children under 6 years?
Children up to their 6th birthday ride for free on mountain lifts when accompanied by adults or ski instructors (if in their class), excluding valley and practice ski lifts. To include children under 6 years in the family pass, please contact the respective sales point by phone.
Are adult children still considered part of the family?
With the TOPCARD, adult children (up to 35 years) can be included in the family pass for an additional fee (Family Plus). This is only possible at the time of contract signing. No Family Plus TOPCARDs will be issued afterward. For blended families, the respective mountain lift will gladly inform you which configurations are accepted.

What does a TOPCARD cost?
There is a pre-sale price for the TOPCARD valid for purchases until April 30, 2024, and the regular price starting May 1, 2024.
Pre-sale price until April 30, 2024:
- Adults: CHF 1,300.—
- Youth: CHF 890.—
- Children: CHF 480.—
- Families: CHF 2,900.—
- Family Plus (18-35 years): CHF 325.—
Please note that for the pre-sale price, the date of payment is decisive, not the date of order.
Normal price from May 1, 2024:
- Adults: CHF 1,550.—
- Youth: CHF 1,035.—
- Children: CHF 545.—
- Families: CHF 3,150.—
- Family Plus (18-35 years): CHF 325.—
ILLNESS AND ACCIDENT
I can no longer use my TOPCARD due to illness or accident. Is there a possibility of a refund?
Yes. A doctor’s certificate is required for the refund.
How is the refund calculated?
The date of the accident or the onset of illness is relevant for calculating the refund. For family subscriptions, the reduction is first calculated based on individual prices. The resulting discount is deducted before calculating the refund. The following refunds will be granted from this amount:
- until the end of October: 80%
- until the end of November: 70%
- until the end of December: 60%
- until the end of January: 45%
- until the end of February: 30%
- from March 1: no refund
Is my TOPCARD valid every day continuously?
Except for the specified additional services, the use of lifts, slopes, and trails during normal daytime hours (without morning and night events) is included. The respective operating days of the mountain lifts apply. Due to weather conditions or technical issues, there may be restrictions on usage. Additionally, use may be linked to the purchase of an event ticket during special events (e.g., Mountain Bike World Cup in Lenzerheide).
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Which public transport is included in the destinations?
AROSA LENZERHEIDE:
Use of local bus in summer and winter: Rhaetian Railway (RhB) Arosa Chur (2nd class) and Chur - Lenzerheide - Tiefencastel (PostBus): valid for skiing operations during winter sports on the specified route. Info at arosalenzerheide.swiss/oev
DAVOS KLOSTERS:
Davos Local Bus (VBD): The Davos local bus network without side valleys accepts a valid ticket or subscription for professional and leisure trips during the winter season. Day or half-day tickets are only valid on the validity day until 19:00, morning tickets until 13:00 in the local buses.
Klosters Local Bus (OKS): The Klosters-Serneus local bus network is only valid for round trips to the valley stations of DKM in connection with their use as skiers, snowboarders, or sledders in ski, snowboard, or sledding gear. Day or half-day tickets are only valid on the validity day until 19:00, morning tickets until 13:00 in the local buses.
Rhaetian Railway: The Rhaetian Railway RhB is not included in any tickets for Davos Klosters Mountains. Info at: davosklostersmountains.ch/oev

Use of the Flims Laax Falera shuttle during the winter season.
