What happens if I cannot use the booked day or multi-day ticket? Will I receive a refund?
If you cannot use the ticket due to an accident or illness, you will receive a refund of the purchase price. We require a corresponding medical certificate for this. The right to a refund is valid until the end of the respective season. Please send us the medical certificate along with your booking confirmation. For tickets purchased at a ticket office, we will need the tickets or a photo of the ticket print. You can submit your request online using this form.
A refund is generally only possible in cases of accident or illness with a medical certificate.
What if the weather is bad on my ski day?
We do not guarantee snow or weather conditions, open slopes, or a certain number of operational lifts. Therefore, a refund is not possible.
What if the ski area is closed on the day of my ticket?
If the entire ski area or large parts of it are closed on the booked day, we will gladly check if you have a claim to a refund as a gesture of goodwill. For this, we ask you to submit your details using the form. Under no circumstances can we be held liable for any costs other than the ticket price.
