I still have a KeyCard from my last Ski day. How do I know if I can use this card for my online booking?
The current Arosa Lenzerheide Skidata KeyCards can be used indefinitely. If you have a KeyCard from another ski resort it is important to ensure that the cards are also deposit cards from the "Skidata" system. You can spot this if it says "keycard" on the card. Whether or not a card is up to date you can see by looking at the card number on the back of your card. If the card number starts with "01" it is up to date and can be used to load your ski ticket onto.
Can I profit from the attractive prices in the online ticketshop if I do not already have a KeyCard?
Yes, during the ordering process you can choose to pick up your ticket at one of our ticket offices. With your order confirmation and a photo ID you will receive your booked ticket on an Arosa Lenzerheide Skidata KeyCard at one of our ticket offices. This KeyCard can then be used for further purchases. If you are in possesion of a Swisspass you can directly load your ticket onto your physical Swisspass card either while purchasing your tickets in the online shop or at one of our ticket offices.
You can also obtain your ticket on a single use ticket at one of our Pickup machines at various locations (Lenzerheide: Heimberg, Proschieri, Fadail, Rothorn, Valbella, Portal Churwalden / Arosa: Prätschli and Hörnli).
Can I use my phone as a data medium for my skiticket?
No, due to technical reasons you can only access the lifts with a Skidata KeyCard or a physical Swisspass card.
