In which cases do I have the right to a refund?
The right to a partial refund exists exclusively upon presentation of a medical certificate and expires at the end of the respective season. If the lift ticket has been used during the period of the medical confirmation, the right to a refund is forfeited.
For combined subscriptions with other areas, the terms for the respective card take precedence over the provisions of these terms and conditions.
Annual Passes
The refund will be calculated proportionally from the date the card could no longer be used:
- Until the end of October: 80%
- Until the end of November: 70%
- Until the end of December: 60%
- Until the end of January: 45%
- Until the end of February: 30%
- From March: no more refunds
For family passes, the proportional discount compared to individual purchases will be deducted before calculating the refund.
The medical certificate (inability to participate in sports/illness) must cover at least 30 operating days for an annual pass.
Season Passes
The provisions for annual passes apply, with the following scale:
Summer Passes
- Until the end of June: 50%
- Until the end of July: 20%
- From August: no more refunds
Winter Passes
- Until the end of December: 70%
- Until the end of January: 50%
- Until the end of February: 30%
- From March: no more refunds
